Online Memorials with content management.
I've had this site for several years now and I am ready to pass the site along to another person. The entire package is for sell, domain(s), all source codes, all databases and email addresses.

www.OpenTributes.com and webservices.opentributes.com
---
Writing in VBScript using classic Active Server Page which pulls from an Access DataBase using ADO and SQL. The site has a top down design and should be able to adjust to host server changes. It's been running on it's own with very little monitoring for years now.

About the www.OpenTributes.com website. Community website for people to create a memorial or tribute for a deceased family member, friend or pet. Users can upload a photo, write a family notice, select a eulogy, and monitor a guest book. Friends and family members can post tributes or sympathy comments to the guest book. I charged users several years back but no longer change once I realizes how much the site helps others.
---
About the webservices.opentributes.com website. My intent was to sell the web site services to the funeral homes and churches. The site contains templates (compelete tribute engine and cms) which can easily be modified for a new client. The templates contain content management systems which can be updated by the client.
---
About the technology:
- Classic ASP written in VbScript.
- All pages of the website are linked to a FrontPage template, so updated the template and all pages are updated accordingly.
- CCS driven.
- contains a forum which was never enabled
- ASP Upload controls user uploaded photos
- Admin pages to monitor all guest book entries
- paypal payment system (code bypassed for a few years now)
- google adware - will provide logins
- readable source html and vb code (indent using two spaces)
- built in spam filters for the guestbook
- fully functional email system
---
I believe I have one foot in heaven's door because of this site. It's time to pass the joy along. I put many late hours into the site but never gave it the marketing attention it deserves.

Email me with any questions.
